Mars Hill Realty Group - Commission and Bonus Structure
- Every real estate agent is on an 80/20 split and pays E&O insurance per transaction (approx. $50/transaction)
- Recruiting incentive - Recruiting an agent to the company gives you $1000 at new agent's first closing.
- Agents will be independent contractors
- Agents are responsible for purchasing their own signs, business cards, website, marketing and all other business-related expenses. Company will pay for half of business card costs.
