Mars Hill Realty Group - Commission and Bonus Structure

  • See Broker, commission splits vary; E&O insurance per transaction (approx. $50/transaction)
  • Recruiting incentive - Recruiting an agent to the company gives you $1000 at new agent's first closing.
  • Agents will be independent contractors
  • Agents are responsible for purchasing their own signs, business cards, website, marketing and all other business-related expenses.  Company will pay for half of business card costs.
